We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Staff Augmentation and SaaS service lines. This role requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Staff Augmentation and SaaS offerings.
- Identify market trends and create competitive strategies to position our services effectively.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including initial outreach, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the delivery, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Provide feedback for product/service enhancements based on client interactions.
KPIs & Reporting:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT Services, Staff Augmentation, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Staff Augmentation models and SaaS-based business solutions.
- Familiarity with market dynamics, customer personas, and competitive landscapes.
Sales Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
Technical Proficiency:
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and IT services.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent is a plus.
